| ITINERARY |

Day 1: Cusco - Machupicchu

Early morning transfer to the train station in Cusco for a tour of three hours of travel to the Citadel of Machu Picchu, known as "The Lost City of the Incas." We arrive at Aguas Calientes station take the bus that takes us on a journey of 30 minutes, bringing on a zigzagging path towards the incredible Machu Picchu. The tour includes a guided tour of the Citadel, visiting the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Solar Clock, the fourth level, the Temple of the Three Windows and the cemeteries. Free time for a walk around the citadel. Then go down to the village of Aguas Calientes where we enjoy the hot springs. In the afternoon board our train back to Cusco.

| WHAT WE RECOMMEND TO TAKE |
  • A backpack with a change of clothes for the trek. Recommended: Polos, and some short shorts.

  • Jacket for rain poncho (plastic ponchos can be purchased in Cusco).

  • Strong shoes and footwear, ideal for making the trek.

  • Camera film and batteries (batteries are consumed faster under cold conditions).

  • Hat or cap to protect against sun, rain or cold.

  • Sun block and mosquito repellent and toilet paper.

  • Snacks: biscuits, energy bars, chocolates, etc..

  • Water bottle and purification tablets (Micropur).

  • If you. you intend to go to the baths do not forget your swimwear and sandals.

  • Original Passport.

  • Sticks to walk during the trekking which must be covered with rubber or check.

  • Students need an identity card, ISIC card valid for international students and must be less than 26 years of age.
