Tour to Puerto Maldonado - tres Chimbadas Lake posada amazonas - Puerto Maldonado

To understand and to appreciate how complicated and ecologic wonders of our planet Earth it is necessary to admire the Amazonian Jungle. Produce the 20 % of oxygen and 10 % of the flow of fresh water of the rivers that flow into the ocean. Of the existent species in the Amazonía, 25.000 plants have gotten to provide evidence of their identity over, 4.300 birds and 20.000 animals' species.

| ITINERARY |

Day 01: Arrive to Puerto Maldonado and journey to the shelter

at your arrival from Lima or Cusco, a reception and transportation to the Tambopata river port , in Puerto Maldonado. Right after giving a small tour into the city to locate the principal main interest points, we departed in a journey of two hours, in power-driven boats out of side of the ship, toward the Lodging House Amazon Lodge. Depending of the incoming hour of the airplane, we will have a box lunch in the boat, or you will eat at your arrival to the shelter. You will be able to see some typical birds's species on the banks of the river, like Rayadores during the journey, Playeritos, Garzas Crowned, Jabirus, Halcones, and several Kingfishers' sorts, Golondrinas and Atrapamoscas. To the arrival to the Lodging House Amazon Lodge, you will unpack and you will get accustomed with the shelter. You will receive a brief introductory conference about this ecologic tourism project, unique in this kind, as well as the general uses of the shelter and narrow paths, before beginning the afternoon activity: Observation tower of the canopy of the forest ( canopy ).

In this activity, you will visit a tower of 35 meters of height, located 15 walked minutes from the shelter. The tower of scaffolds is made of wood so you can get up in easy and safe form, using the internal stairs with handrails to each side, and resting in his little platforms located each 2 meters. Not only the spectacular sight of the river and his surroundings can be appreciated, it is also a golden opportunity to see the birds from the canopy of the trees, including toucans, parrots and macaws observed from the top. we return to the shelter to have dinner. Day 02: three Chimbadas Lake

Exit at the morning to visit the three Chimbadas Lake . You will depart right after a very early breakfast, fiftheen minutes of a half-hour long walk that leads to the verge of the lake. From here, a catamaran and two native rowers will lead you to have a silent turn to the lake, in order to appreciate the lake fauna in activity. Next you will return to the shelter to have lunch before departing for the afternoon activity: A long walk . In this activity, we will visit the Centro Etnobotánico of Infierno's Native Community , located15 minutes by bot from the shelter. From this little center and store, the community has registered the uses of the medicinal plants from the antique, as well as the procedure of its plantation, cultivation and distribution of the same for over 10 years. You will walk on the close narrow paths to the Center with a native guide, who will explain the quotidian uses of his community into the forest's plants, in medicine, construction, food, fiber, etc. Next, I return the shelter for the dinner, a long nighttime optional walk to look for amphibians and insects or to rest while one enjoys our videos. Day 03: Amazonas lodge

We will walk to deliver it of a narrow path at the primary forest along with a member of the Community and naturalistic guide, general appearances of ecology and history of the rainy forest, each one making a contribution will explain to those who his several points of view.we return Laid Down Amazon where remember the experience of the previous days and enjoying our Happy hour. Dine and stay overnight.

Day 04: return to Puerto Maldonado

Right after a good premature breakfast, we will take our boat back to Puerto Maldonado's city , and from there to the airport, on time for your flight back to Lima or Cusco.
